Incappable de désinstaller les Apps. Affiche systématiquement « Some files can not be removed successfully. You need to delete manually. Select show in Finder ». Globalement inefficace, lente et peu attractive. Devrait être proposée gratuitement. Faites un meilleur choix : CleanMyMac ou MacKeeper.

It used to be free and an ok app for what it did. You now have to pay for all the functionality that used to be free.
Typo on main page “you computer”.
Main page - change “you computer” to “your computer.” Just starting to use it, will leave a fuller comment once I know how it works.
I really will like to purchase this app but every time I use the “Fast Clean Up” feature in my MacBook, the app collapse and closes. I can use the other parts of the app other wise great, but will not buy until I works 100%

Fast scan issue-crashes
This app is working well. However, when starting the fast scan, the app crashes every time. Anyone else having this issue?
Scans computer, but makes you purchase before it will actually do any “cleaning.” If it’s $10 be upfornt with me and tell me that. Don’t claim to be “free” then charge to do anything meaningful. For that reason I won’t be purchasing and will find another cleaner. One that’s intellectually honest.

installed it and tried it three times. it always crashes when scanning. Deleted.
I initially downloaded this app from the app store, and purchased the $9.99 upgrade within the app because without it, there is not much you can do. This app completely messed up my MAC book pro. I lost a large portion of my iTunes music library due to using the Clean iTunes junk feature. It messed up my pictures as well. Even though this app is in the app store for download and purchase, after talking with apple, they do no recommend programs like this. Don’t know why they allow it in the app store. If you want your computer completely messed up. go for it. It does what is says, but it removes everything. Thanks to apple and my time capsule, I was able to restore my music from a previous backup.
I did purchase the full version & no problems! Excellent app! Very easy to use! WAYYY better than Clean My Mac 3 if you have heard of that certain app. BUY this instead! And you know its well trusted because its on the Apple App store! Excellent & superb. I would highly recommend purchasing the full version! Awesome job!

I try to get the cleaner to work it it quits unexpectedly within 2-3 seconds from starting a scan. This is not worth it.

App Force Closes
The app force closes every time I try to run the search for duplicate files. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
Suspected Malware
I used this app which I later found out is mostly a clone of "cleanmymac" and while using it, it literally disappeared off of my Mac, full disk access and all. Beware, Apple says the app store is very safe but it is not. If you have a Mac, dont risk it and download programs like this not on the app store!
Better and faster
Since I install this app and use it I was surprised to see how many old files were on my Macbook pro older than the mac itself. All gone now!! Mac is faster now.

Lost Hope

have problem restoring purchase loading nothing
restoring what paid for not work pay 7.99 again still not working resetting my system still ask for restore purchase loading sign into apple nothing loading cant use app tell done wait 2 hour on fast internet speed force app unstalling it installing it nothing works on restoring purchase injoy what pro tell they want more money
using for duplicate photos deletion
Instead of deleting duplicates one at a time. Is there a way to automate the process? Its going to take me a long time to go through my entire photo library. Some of them have 5 duplicates per pic. apart from that, the app seems be working ok and i am not having any problems like some of the other reviewers. Using this on Big Sur with a 2015 iMAC
Poor user interface and uninstaller does not work
The user interface is confusing. Also, as another reviewer pointed out, the application uninstaller feature does not work. The program immediately crashes when you attempt to use it.
Fix the Application Uninstaller Feature!!!!!
I bought this several months ago and although I've managed to free up space using most of the features the one feature I really needed doesn't work - EVER! Like other users, every time I try to use the Application Uninstaller feature the app immediately crashes. I guess the developer just doesn't seem to give a sh#t about this function of their application. Unacceptable.
Just paid, just crashes
Okay, I feel stupid now for paying for this junk. The App just crashes everytime I try to run a scan after paying for the upgrade. So, I feel like I just got ripped off and SCAMMED.
Not worth what I paid
I paid about 10 bucks to use the functions of this app and that's abut 8 bucks too much in my opinion for what I've gotten from it. I should have been weary when the last review was 2 yrs ago. Everytime I click the uninstaller tool, the app immediately shuts down. Tried it 50 times and 50 times it immediately shut down. I may have freed up a couple of GBs of space, but this isn't much for a mid 2012 MacBook Pro. I cannot recommend this at this point. I wish I could be refunded.
